Philip Livingstone
Advocate / Owner
Philip is Jersey born and was educated at Victoria College before studying law at Hull University and the Inns of Court School of Law, returning to Jersey in 1987 after passing his English Bar exams. He worked for 10 years at what was then Bailhache and Bailhache, starting as assistant to Jersey's current Bailiff William Bailhache, and passing his Jersey Advocates exams in 1991. From the mid 1990's for something over a decade he was in partnership at Viberts, and latterly was in partnership at LWR Law ( the merged firm of Jenners and Lempriere Whittaker Renouf), before deciding to start his own firm.
Philip has wide experience in Jersey Law across many disciplines, including property law, commercial property, wills & estates, employment law, individuals, litigation, criminal and personal injury.
Philip is a keen sportsman, particularly in football, golf, hill walking and keeping fit. He is a collector of modern music, and also of fine wine (albeit these are always consumed in the end and never sold!)
